[vip_students] Message Headers In Emails

Hi All,
I had the below problem before, a long time ago but have forrgotten the
solution so wonder if someone could refresh my memory?
When I open an email in OE I'm told the sender and the subject which I would
of course know already.
How do I "silence" that message that's within an opened email?
Just the answer would be great.
