Irene,
dont worry I was in the same boat. It might be easier for you if you put in the
ear phones provided. When you make a call you can then hang up by pressing the
buttonat the side of the earphone this is also handy because you can have your
phone in your pocket whilst talking to the suttle microphone on headphones.
This will help you in the short time until you get used to phone. Good luck.
