Hi Dereck,
Like Joan Ann, I don't use hotmail because of its cluttered up screens. I
much prefer GMail as it is really good and they have added good
accessibility features into it. Also if you wish to use hotmail within
outlook express you have to pay a subscription.

I don't use hotmail myself but, from what I hear, the web interface for it
is quite awkward to use with jaws.
I understand that you can set up a hotmail account in Outlook express which
would make it much easier for a jaws user.
