[Dropbox, Sharing Folders]

1. Once you have already installed the dropbox software on your computer,
locate the dropbox icon which should be on your Desktop either by pressing
the letter "D" or arrowing around till you find it.
2. Press enter to open up the dropbox folder and wait for it to open up.
3. When the dropbox folder opens up on your desktop, it's now time to create
a new folder and share it, if using Windows XP as your operating system, go
into the "File menu" with Alt + F" and arrow down to "New" then right arrow
and down arrow to "Folder".
4. Press enter on "Folder" and then give it a meaningful name such as
perhaps a friend or relation whom you wish to share files with. This kind of
naming will keep control of files you want to share and with whom you wish
to share them with. Once you have given the new folder a name, press enter
to complete the folder creation.
5. Now that you have the new folder created, arrow to this folder but don't
press enter on it to open it up, instead just press your "Application key"
third key out from right side of the spacebar or as some keyboards have no
dedicated application key, use instead, "Shift + F10" to pull up the same
menu choices using an alternative keystroke.
6. When the menu opens up, arrow down through the menu till you come to a
"Sub menu called Dropbox" and right arrow in here.
7. Press the down arrow till you reach the option of, "Share this folder"
and press enter key on it.
8. At this point your internet browser will open up into a dropbox web page.
Your screen reader will or should announce the name of the folder you want
to share and also within this page you will have an edit box to type in the
name of the person who you wish to share this folder with. Also you will
have a second edit box where you can place a personal message to that person
perhaps informing them that you wish to share some files with them using
this dropbox folder.
Important: The people you want to share the folder with must have dropbox
software also installed on their computer.
9. Now while on the open web page, press the letter "H" to jump you down
quickly to the relevant area of that webpage where we want to enter our
friends email address and optionally that personal message. You will hear
your screen reader say;

"Invite collaborators to this folder "

When you land on this heading, press the "Tab key" once to land on the
recipients email address edit box. Type in the correct email address.
Notes: At this point be aware that just now above the edit box where you
typed in the valid email address may or may not appear the name of the
person you wish to share with complete with their email address. This will
appear as a link and I found that I had to enter on it almost like I was
confirming this person as my choice before I could then tab down to the
"Share button" and get it to work using the enter key. Just be aware of this
when trying out the tutorial I have written.
10. Press the tab key again till you land on the personal message edit box
and type in a short message if you want too.
11. Tab key again till on the Share button and press enter to complete. Now
if all went correctly you will be notified that you are now sharing a folder
in your dropbox with the person you want too.
