I do not have a name as such Tony. I got mine in Maplin Electronics. You could expect to pay about 12 Euro. I have to say it is very small, think of your upper thumb digit (depending on the size of your hand Lol!) and it is only as big as the bone after the final joint. I actually have to keep it in a container when not in use so that I do not drop it. Would not leave it in the USB Port in laptop as I would put lap top away and would not want to break or damage it.

I purchased a fairly cheap bluetooth dongle but it is absolutely tiny. Does a brilliant job though.

can't you look in Control Panel and Add/Remove programmes? If you look under programmes on the lap top, then under accessories and communication then you will find out there. Apart from all of that, my suggestion would be to check 
the icons on the desk top.
