Hi Marie,

What language is your keyboard set too. You can check this by going into the
control panel and then into regional settings. Then click on the language
tab and see what is set as the default keyboard. You need to give more
details as to what is actually happening to your laptop.

When the ALT GR key is pressed after that nothing works and we have to
restart the laptop.
