[vip_committees] Dining in the Dark in North Carolina

If they can do this in North Carolina, can the PCB get it going in PA?
If the main office could put together an aid package of advertising and
other advice for chapters, the chapters could set them up and split the
proceeds with the main office. Would that be a decent project?
