Blankhi paul

i am probably confusing you a little.
at present there are two accounts one administrator and one guest.
so i log on as administrator and am trying to create an additional
administrator account.
as i say i can click on the create new account option but after the problem
kicks in as outlined in last message.

  Hi Paul,

Is the account you are logged in under a full Administrators account, if not
then you will only have limited access to things.

  Paul.

  hi paul

i checked that system restore issue in system.

  the restore box is unticked.

i dont know if this issue is related but in trying to add another account i
can click on the create new account link but cannot fill in the first field
where you give the account user a name.

i get a message saying object unavailable and sighted help tells me there is
not even a cursor in the field. i can hear jaws saying the name of the new user
as i type it but it is not visible .

  hope you can help further.

  regards

  paul h

    Hi Paul,

Is system restore turned on in the control panel/system/system restore tab?.

    Paul.
