Might I suggest that we all contact individually the email address info@xxxxxx
with a message stating the unaccessibility of the player although the only
problem is that some of the connecting email addresses that we will get back
may decide not to respond being too self important to deal with such mondane
matters(mondane in the sense of priorities of D.4. and R.T.E. insiders)
perosnal experience I got great help from the info desk but after I ssent email
to make inquiry from particular topic twice Never heard anything. But doesn't
apply to everything John Bowman does reply to emails.
