I looked into accessibility of Roku boxes about 6 months ago, because Sky are
using one for their Now TV product.
At that time, what I found was that Roku have developed a screen-reader for the
platform, but it was only available in America. I don’t know if that has
changed since.

Several ddifferent Roku setups are available through several vendors in
Ireland, so presumably it works here. (You can also get free (and maybe
paid) iPhone/iOS apps for it.) Whether accessible or not, I don’t know.
