I have the E65 for a little while now. There might be a few issues here!
Now when you choose your tune, from experience you must hit 'key 1 to activate
such and then see how you go.

hi folks
just got nosier e65 mobile.
i want to change the ringtone but though i know the route to do this when i
get into the list of different ringtones where you would change the phone will
not let me preview play the new tone.
the phone is less than a day old but the phone company says it may be a
handset issue.
i doubt that a new phone could come out of a factory with such a basic fault
so maybe it is something very simple i need to do to activate the facility.
funny enough when i do pick a new ringtone from the list and activate it has
taken affect when i get a call.
any with an e65 come across this prob.
