Hi Ger, Eamonn & all:the site now uses the "Newstalk App" which is a Flash Player, not Windows Media, (and podcasts are not downloadable mp3 at that point, when you must use it to listen). May be possible - if you have iTunes - to download the Right Hook and other Newstalk podcasts there but it may be proprietary to iTunes only - apple.com, etc. It's not possible to (at least accessibly) compress files while listening with the Flash Player, at least for now.

Hi Tim,No, thought I'd throw it out on the list first, just in case I was missinganything obvious - but I may do so. Heard all but the end of the interview. Hi folks, I’m wondering if there’s any way of downloading an entire edition of Newstalk’s “The Right Hook?”I’ve looked, and it appears that each programme is available in 3 parts, but only for listening online. Also, there seems to be no way of moving through the file, so you must wait and listen , until the part in whichyou’re interested comes up.So far as I can tell However, it seems that a limited number of regularfeatures are available for download. Last Thursday’s edition, contained an interview on the Jack and JillFoundation. I listened online, but the end of the interview was lost, as it was eclipsed by commercials at the end of part 2. It seems that the breaks end at 30, 90 and 150 minutes, rather than natural breaks betweenitems. The interview began around 5:45, about 75 mins into the programme. In other words towards the end of part 2! Regards, and thanks for any help.
