I've modified the Amazing Color Picker at

Which converts the standard 540 color strings such as orange, black, firebrick,
ForestGreen, etc., to Hex and RGB values. Now though, you can change the RGB or
Hex values, and use these to convert RGB to Hex, and Hex to RGB. The text color
for the displayed text ("Wow! This is even better than a bowl full of
cabbage!") changes dynamically to reflect these changes.
Also, the page includes JAWS scripts so that color changes will be announced at
runtime When activated. For example, JAWS will announce the color that JAWS
detects when creating a Hex color string, when converting a Hex string to RGB
values, and when converting RGB values to a Hex string. Installation and usage
instructions are included within the download.
