As Tim says, it depends on your platform.
If you have Sky Digital, all the radio channels are located between 0101 and
0211 on your box.
To listen to RTE Radio 2FM, punch in 0164, and to get back to say Sky One,
punch in 106.

Hi Sabrina
It depends on what digital tv system you have, i.e. is it Sky or
NTL/Corrus.
The easiest way is to type in the number of the station using the number
pad on the remote.
For example, for NTL systems the radio stations start at number 901 and
go up from there. For example, rte radio 1 is 901, news talk is 932, bbc
radio 4 is 910 etc.
The best thing is to get a person with eyes to go through the stations with
you and you can either memorise the stations you want or write down the
numbers.
Of course, for sky and other digital systems the numbers will differ.

I got them on once by accident when I sat on the remote! but I
don't know how I did it! and it took grate difficulty going back to the TV

The DAB radios will not pick up bbc stations or other
stations not broadcasting from Ireland.
This is one of the primary reasons why I wouldn't be very
interested in such technology.
After all, if you have digital television then you can
receive a far wider range of radio stations.

My knowledge of DAB is not vast but could you let us
know are the beeb stations received over here accessible in that format?
I know that RTE are trialling DAB at present, so I just
wonder is it perhaps a little soon to be rushing out to purchase?
I feel that I will "splash-out" when the concept has
been more widely embraced and developed and consequently that the price will
drop!
I presume that it speaks what is on the screen, or is

4. tapping the handle at the top of the unit
once lightly, will give you the current time.
5. The clock is automatically set from a radio

6. You can add an additional speaker, which

7. There is a headphone and a line out socket.
Which means it can be connected to a stereo amblifier if you wish.

The only negative aspect, is that it cannot be
powered by battery, so must be powered directly from the mains.
Is it worth the money? yes, I think so. Digital
radio is certainly the way of the future.
