The vat office is now in Monaghan, the number is,
047-81425
You can get Vat back on your Computers, I did it and got 131 Euro.

Tony,
Under what grounds do you think you would be entitled for reclaiming vat?
I know you can claim back vat on Screen readers etc, but I'm not sure that
mainstream technologies would be covered.
