I would recommend you try Outlook. Thunderbird's been weird lately.

Subject: [vibug-support] capslock weirdness
Greetings!
For some time, I forget exactly how long, using the capslock when writing an
e-mail sort of kicks me out of my message. Turning it off doesn't fix the
problem. I find my only option is to save the message, and then go into the
drafts folder to get back in and write.
I think this is bizarre! Usually, this happens by accident, but a capslock is
very good for some purposes.
I'm using Windows 10, JAWS 18, and some version of Thunderbird. I note that I
have not updated Thunderbird in the past few months, especially since a JAWS
tech dude said that recent versions of it have broken accessibility.
Thanks for any help!
Al
