Dear all, as expressed in the previous VIBUG meetings due to COVID-19 our
officer elections are being held entirely remotely. The nominating committee
has put forth a slate of candidates for the following positions:
President, Frank Ventura
Vice-President, Jerry Berrier
Secretary, Janette Kutash
Webmaster, Tim Cumings
Treasurer, Bob Resnick
We then held an open period where we were accepting nominations from the
general membership for any officer position. That nominating period is now
closed. None of the VIBUG officers received any additional nominations from the
general membership.
We are now opening up the voting period. To vote, please send an e-mail to the

Only members in good standing may vote. To vote you must submit an e-mail
between now and 5PM on Friday, November 13. Each member may submit only one
e-mail. You may vote for or against (please specify) the entire slate or you
may do it on a position by position basis. You do not need to vote for every
