Those are good suggestions, and I'm making a list of possible topics. I
think there's scope for a guitar-based one too, and if others would like
to add suggestions it would be very welcome. I can't confirm the date
for André yet but will keep you posted as soon as we can.

Worcester together and used to spend many a lunchtime in the practice rooms
playing the keyboard. We are especially excited about Jamulus. There are a
couple more topics I would like to suggest for future meetings if any-one can
help: recording on Reaper but starting with the very basics for any-one who
hasn't done it before and performing online, probably facebook and setting up a
tips jar especially while live venues can't open.

on this group and may be known to you as an amazing keyboard player, has
agreed to talk about three music tech related topics: Komplete Kontrol
from Native Instruments, which is an accessible way to control software
synths, Logic Pro, which is one of the main Digital Audio Workstations
(DAW)s for recording MIDI and audio, and Jamulus, the software that
allows musicians to play together online, solving the time-lag problems
that so many other methods have. This promises to be a fascinating
session.
It could be on either Friday 4 or Friday 11 December. Please could you
reply if you are definitely going to attend? We need to be sure that
enough people are interested to make it worthwhile for André, so we
won't run it unless there are enough takers.
