Dear Paul,
Have a read of:

and check out if this might work for you.
Perhaps do a search for podcasts over the internet and see if anything comes up
which you find helpful.
Regards,
Roger Firman.

Hi Sandra,
Thanks for your quick reply.
I am guessing that podcasts would be much better, but don't know of any that I
could try unfortunately. Thought there might be someone on here who has
resolved that issue, and could recommend a way forward. I have searched and
searched on Google, but have had no luck so far.
Thanks once more.
Paul

Hello Paul,
It can be hard learning from videos. The expectation is that, if you're
watching a video, you have the eyeballs to do this. Have you tried podcasts? If
contributors instruct on a podcast or radio show, they will describe their
actions, as if you cannot see them. If you have found videos and like a
particular instructor, perhaps you could send them a private email and request
a fingering guide. If the piece of music is popular enough, there may well be a
suggested fingering guide available on a search engine anyway.
Very best wishes,
Sandra.

Hi
I have just joined this list. I am a 66 year old Ukulele player of
sorts! I have been playing nearly 2 years and love it. My question to
you is where can I find a source of videos that give clear instruction
on learning new songs. I find too often the teacher will say put your
fingers like this (groan), and immediately I am lost. I have Bill
Browns stuff, but am looking for more up beat tunes, rather than
Tiptoe through the Tulips, and other similar tunes. Can anyone offer
any suggestions please?
Thanks
Paul
