Did you try holding the power button for 40 seconds and releasing?

I’m desperately seeking if anyone of you guys know what to do to make my
amazon Fire tablet react again? I was on the Google Play Store seeing about
adding a new payment method, went into Payment Settings, when all of a
sudden, voice view turned off! Thus I needed sighted help to power off the
tablet. I’m trying to power it on again, but nothing happens! When I hold
down the power button five seconds, I hear a short beep, and all that’s on
scree is amazon fire. I held down two fingers onscreen to see if I can et
Voice view up and running, but no go! it’s plugged into the outlet just in
case; even though I charged it last night, and it had sufficient battery.
What else can I do? it’s an 8-inch 2017 Generation Amazon fire. Here in
Mexico we have no Amazon Accessibility t make matters worse. What else can I
do? Thanks for info you guys can give. I only bought the tablet in July I
think it was; it was working perfectly! I don’t understand what happened!
