Thanks so much, William, for this valuable info. When you speak of a micro
dongle, are we speaking of something with a full size USB connector on one end
and a USB micro connector on the other? Frankly, I can never remember which
USB connector is labeled as “A,” and which is labeled “B.”
My Kindle Fire is scheduled to be delivered on Monday, and I hope to find as
much information as possible about how to get it up and running with Talkback
or whatever the TTS program is called.

hi don and all. i checked out my kindle fire 6" and the full size usb
keyboard question with a real live test.
i had heard in the past that it wouldn't work and left it at that.
but, i have a micro dongle that i have used with my windows tablets.
and, decided to give it a try on the kindle fire.
short answer. the full-size keyboard works great connected to the kindle fire.
ain't that amazing. learn something new every day.
that means that i can compose with the kindle fire just as on my
windows tablets.
