hi. just a couple thoughts.
no matter your device; laptop, netbook, tablet including the kindle
fire. if you leave it on all the time especially with wireless
running, battery life will be short.
when i am done using my tablet, i just shut it off.
exceptional battery life with a kindle? the simple e-reader's will go
on for weeks, but, they do not have the offerings that a tablet gives.
secondly. i own three windows tablets and a kindle fire. they all have
micro charging ports in different locations. but, they don't move when
putting it away and picking them up again /smile.
