Hi,
We were staying at my son's for the last few days and couldn't get Alexa to
connect.
All other apps were connecting and updating through his WIFI but every time we
asked Alexa a question, she would respond by saying
"I'm having trouble connecting at the moment, but I will keep trying". She
never did manage it!
My wife also has a Firetablet and she got exactly the same response.
As soon as we got home Alexa started working as she should.
Any ideas what's happening?
