Looking over my training notes of the past few months I am realizing that I need to be more precise and complete. I would ideally like something that has each skill broken down into its component parts with space to enter in number of repetitions, successes, duration, distance etc. I need to record these sorts of things rather than my current method which is excellent, good fair and poor. I am finding that my perceptions of excellent...poor change a bit from day to day. I think something much more mathematical will work better. If nothing like this exists already, I will probably create some sort of spreadsheet. It seems like a daunting task though. I am really hoping that something already exists that would at least give me a good start. TIA Julie
