It's exhausting and expensive to train your own dog, and they can and do wash out. I think he was just tired of it, and marrying me and seeing what an easy time I had with my program trained dog, he decided he would give it a shot this last time around. I will forward your message to him for further discussion, as I wouldn't want to misquote him. He and are not always on the same page about dog stuff, which keeps it interesting. I will check it out. What was the reason for your husband, after training so many of his previous dogs, for opting for a program? Was the rationale because of the matching pool potential you pointed out or expense of raising, training too many dogs before one worked out for him. I am also interested in hearing from your husband as to breed choice and training methods. Getting Excited, Brenda
