Are you contemplating retirement for a reason or does the school just determine a certain age equals retirement. I know met would curl up in aball and die without his job... I don't know how he will take to retirement because he has really blossomed again now that he is getting the right med dose (Grrr on that one) and we are getting out on our own more which is wonderful!
