[vi-android] installing Eloquence

Hi,
On my Galaxy S3, I went to the play store, and bought Eloquence for twenty
dollars.
I gave it a few minutes, and looked for it in accessibility under TTS, and
there were only the Samsung TTS and the Google TTS there.
Will it eventually show up there, or do I need to do something to port it
into the phone?
