[vi-android] Note 4 issue

Hey guys,
I have the galaxy note 4 and I’m loving it. I’m having an issue though where
some apps like phone, camera, chrome, and settings among others won’t work. I
can open them but talkback won’t tell em what they are. Also when I shut down
the phone I see that android is upgrading and I’m guessing apps but it does
this ever time. What do I need to do?
