OK, I'm obviously doing something really really wrong here.
Basically, I opened BlindO, went to the installed tab, then from there, found
an app, noticed there were no ratings. I therefore went down to the bottom
right corner of the screen and double tapped on submit.
Here's what is really weird. I now flick through the screen, or, use touch
exploration, either way, it doesn't matter, and find say the rating for
unlabeled controls. It then says horizontal progress bar. If I then press the
volume up key like you would do to normally increase a seek bar, it's adjusting
my media volume, not the seek bar itself. If I double tap on that horizontal
progress bar, it then populates to 5 stars, at which point then once focused, I
tried using the volume up and down keys and could not reduce say to 3 or 4
stars. Using a bluetooth keyboard, I arrowed down to the bar, then used the
left and right arrow keys. Not alt+shift left and right, nor alt+left and
right, depending on what layout you're using, in my case, classic, but just
left and right alone. This did no good. I tried going to the progress bar,
then long pressing. This did no good. I tried bringing up the local context
menu to see if it could be adjusted with custom actions, but it can't be.
Finally, I tried long pressing then dragging my finger left and right on the
actual bar. This is proving to be incredibly inconsistent, and if the amount of
stars change at all, it's jumping so all over the dang place, not being at all
consistent.
I see apps in here that people have indeed rated each section with, and some of
them have less than 5 stars, so I know there's, gotta! obviously be a way to
do this. I just can't for the life of me figure out how. I even tried double
tapping the bar multiple times wonderring if it was where each time you double
tap, it adds or removes a star. Not the case.
So, how in the world, folks, do I do this! I'm obviously missing something
here, which is apparently not intuitive.
Chris.
