Hi. I don't think that VarioUltra supports Arabic grade 1 or grade 2,
only computer braille.

yes, this works perfectly. i managed to create a profile for arabic that i
can switch to with s1 plus b2. can i switch between grade 1 and grade 2 in
Arabic?

No, it doesn't. the update doesn't remove any existing braille tables,
unless you made your own changes to the original braille tables. In
this case those modified braille tables will be replaced with the
original ones during the update.
But as you installed the US English firmware and software update, the
US input and output braille tables where predefined as the default
braille tables instead of the Arabic braille tables.
The good news for you however are that all computer braille input and
output braille tables are always available to you in all software
So, evrything you have to do is 1. Activate master switch computer
braille by pressing b9+d1 , if you didn't do this yet.
2. go to settings, braille, standard braille tables.
There you can find and select your Arabic output and input braille tables.
After that you can go to settings, IO profiles and save your changes to a
profile.

longer available on the website, but i hope that someone is keeping it
