just wondered if the parameters for charging and discharging VU's battery would
be accessible.
A full Lithium-Battery doesn't feel well for long times. It doesn't like to be
deeply discharged either.
If I had a mobile mode in which I could set minimum charge to 40% this would
suffice for a lot of situations.
If I used my display stationary 80% max charge would be better for long term
battery life. The unit could just enter trickle charge mode when reaching 80%
charge capacity.
I'd also like to be able to monitor current, voltage, charge cycles,
temprature, real world capacity. This seems far to techy for the average user.
However VarioUltra's battery is terribly small and thus will undergo a lot of
cycles.
And it is not user maintainable.
If I could save my battery some cycles or avoid high and low voltage states
this would be of great use.
