So, here's a summary of the notes from the last two meetings.
First meeting

Where: Skype
* John would like to change validimpact.com to a splash page
* We need to switch bank details for the domain to relieve Sean
* Clarify message and consolidate design (Simone will help, see below)
* Crowdfunding
* We need people with wide networks to help
* Tracy (from ROW) has said she can leverage BOI network
* Only requirement is that we use fundit.ie, which sucks.
* The enterprise is for-profit, and this should be made clear
* 'choose charity and we give the product for free for a month!'
* This is a win for everyone. We get traction, donors feel good.
* We need a decent wireframe/prototype to show initial customers
* We need to clarify roles of who will really get on board for this
* We need a decent logo (Simone will help, see below)
We had a discussion on how the mobile application should work. We know
that we'll need programmer coordinators *really* on board to promote
this to the participants. We'll need to prove our worth to them so that
they can push it.
* The programme participant is the only user of the app.
* The flow once they've downloaded the app should be:
* Welcome screen.
* Choose the programme screen.
* Confirm push notification screen.
* App closes and say thanks.
Survey questions will come in as push notification later on.
* The participant is totally anonymous. Assigned an ID. Nothing else.
* The survey questions could come in 3s.
* Multiple choice - something dead simple.
* We don't want to gather data we won't use. Avoid PII data.
* We want to give back to the user when the answer us. Rewards?
* Gamification
* We don't anything about this, so best to avoid for now.
* What questions to ask?
* A lot of scales are shit. Many are marketed but not good.
* We need to cultivate trust. Scales need to be the real deal.
* Analysis should be simple - just plug values into the model
Finally, Luke said he would set up the mailing list. Most of the group
seem to be most familiar with this medium and it's simple to do. And free!
Second Meeting

Present: Luke, John, Simone, Richie
Where: UCC
* Simone came on board. He will provide the following:
* A logo
* A splash page
* He will have a Skype meeting with John to drive this forward
* We need to attract an mobile application developer
* Regarding BOI/Tracy/Fundit/Crowdfunding situation:
* John will tell Tracy that we will get on board
* Only when the fundit.ie site gets better
* Luke will try to develop some mobile wireframes
* Simone offered to check these and comment on them.
There was a social entrepreneurs meeting which John spoke at. The point
that it is hard measure the impact of charities and programmers was
brought up during one of the talks. The problem is real :)
