The size in the photo is deceiving because of the angle at which we are seeing
him—he is foreshortened and his tail looks shorter and he looks smaller than he
actually is. Much too large for either goldfinch or kinglet, and they do not
have two white wingbars. I agree it’s a Northern Mockingbird.

Looks good for a Northern Mockingbird. The photo is blurry, but you can see the
distinctive white patch at the base of the primaries, which is unique to this
species.
