[va-richmond-general] an early season for Prothonotaries

Last year through April 30th we had 28 Prothonotary eggs in our boxes at the Dutch Gap Conservation breeding site east of Richmond. On My 7th last year we had 231. Julie Kacmarcik, Bob Harris and I just completed a survey of the boxes there today (4/30). We counted 314 eggs. Also captured 28 females, all of them returned from previous years.
