The word "specles" does not exist. Do you mean speckles or spectacles?

I am in the Thrush family, and appear to be fully grown. Irene Ries
saw me yesterday at Pocahontas State Park, and rifled through her guide
for a full 30 minutes, trying to figure out which species I am. I have
a pale breast with nearly no spotting, but I do have the two
characteristic stripes just under my beak on each side, running
vertically. My chest is pale gray to white, actually, and I have yellow
feet. I have no specles nor eyering, but a dark gray-brown "crescent
moon" marking under my eye. I wouldn't sing for Irene, so she didn't
hear my voice.
  Who am I?
