The White-Winged Scoter is still hanging out off the Wetlands. Jack Esworthy
reported a Red-necked Grebe at Swift Creek Reservoir this morning. It’s sloppy
out there, but there are good birds around.

Virginia is #10 by species among states in the Great Backyard Bird Count, and
the Richmond region has three localities in the top 10 in Virginia by species
reported. Keep up the good work!
