Hi,
Waiting for the onslaught of warbler and springtime migrants here in Chester.
I'm not able to watch the feeders and garden as much as I'd like so perhaps a
lot of these guys are here. Chimney Swifts have been chittering overhead, a
"Wheeping" Great-crested Flycatcher sounded off this after almost drowned out
by the staging "Old Sam Peabody's" of the lingering White-throated Sparrows. A
hummingbird buffet is in place but only enjoyed by a hornet and a House Finch.
Bluebirds are brooding and Robins have a substantial nest in the Lagustra.
Blue-grey Gnatcatchers have been here for a while now. Looking forward to
Mr.and Mrs RB Grosbeak and all that spring can muster.
It's chilly now and many of my blooming plants are still timid to show their
all.
