[va-richmond-general] Please, help with duck ID

I just saw this duck a little above Pony Pasture moving downstream with the
current. Could anyone please help me with an ID? The bright yellow eye,
bill color, and the white wing edge seem to point to a female goldeneye but
I am completely unsure and not willing to post it on eBird without some
help ID'ing it. Many thank for any assistance!
