I moved to Glen Allen from Connecticut in July 2018. That summer we had
lightning bugs. The following summer we had mosquito repellent put down -
no lightning bugs
This year we used our lawn service but no mosquito repellent and we have
seen lightning bugs! But we also have seen a lot around the area when we
walk at night. It’s fun to try and spot them!
