[va-richmond-general] Glaucous Gull, Hopewell, 12-4-11

Had a 1st winter Glaucous Gull this morning at the city marina in
Hopewell. There was heavy fog until around 9:30 which made viewing
conditions challenging. Loads of gulls but couldn't get decent looks
at the early morning birds. A very foggy photo is on my flickr.

Other birds of note in the area included Gray Catbird, Brown Thrasher,
Orange Crowned Warbler, Lesser Black-backed Gull (adult), 2
Bonaparte's Gull (adults).
