Attracting Birds with Water
Sunday Nov 5 with Bob Schamerhorn
Birds prefer habitats that meet ALL their basic survival needs; food, shelter
and water! They depend on water for hydration, to maintain body temperature and
to condition their feathers for flight. Having a consistent reliable clean
running water source in a garden will attract a greater assortment of birds.
Come see “The Bird Spa” by Nature Photographer Bob Schamerhorn at 2 pm at the
Nature Center. Please register at bryanparknaturecenter@xxxxxxxxx

basis. At the tour’s end, we will learn about solutions you may take every day
to help impact the natural and human world in a better way! Register at

Wildlife Coloring
Saturday, Nov. 25 with Karin Cundiff
Parents and children are invited to color wildlife sheets using various media
and to learn how to “wind down” beginning at 3 pm at the Nature Center. Karin
has been coloring for several years and she will demonstrate different
techniques. Coloring is a relaxing activity and one that frazzled parents can
use. Please register at bryanparknaturecenter@xxxxxxxxx
