[va-richmond-general] Birding at Point of Rocks

For those of you who bird at Point of Rocks Park in SE Chesterfield, they are
currently renovating the main loop trail and replacing the bridges. Some of
the trails are closed. Access to the boardwalk is still possible although you
may find it a little hard to locate due to trail relocation.
