Very pretty, but no idea.  Bet you can figure these birds out though! Here is a 
pic of my coworkers and I dressed for Halloween...It was a 'hoot'!

We did a banding demo in Powhatan for a group of Ecology students last Sunday. 
There is nothing like the eyes of new birders to point out things we often take 
for granted. Banding gives us the luxury of seeing attributes of a bird one 
cannot even realize with the most powerful of optics. I thought you might like 
to take a look at this bird tail and make a guess at what bird it is 
attached to. It had unusually striking markings and thought I would share it 
with the listserv.
