Chinese Engineers work for about $5 an hour. They are not likely to want to
hire West Virginian's at American Salaries to work in the project.

There is a massive project proposed for a chinese company to frac for gas, to
be shipped to China, in West Virginia Mountains. This may have implications
for oil spills, methane leaks and fossil fuel explosions in the Western
Virginia Streams and Air upstream from Richmond. Stay informed.
