Slow day in terms of numbers. SE winds dominated and a constantly-changing
cloud mosaic kept the scenery interesting. Big falcons were the order of the
day. Accipiters basically absent, and I can't say I blame them.

My money's on Sunday for a good flight.
A nice day in the trapping blind was had by Deniz as she lured in her first (no
doubt of many) Peregrine falcon. This was a gorgeous juvenile female that took
a liking to my knuckles as I showed her to a group of lucky visitors. I don't
recall the exact totals for each species, but the grand total was 13,
comprising, in decreasing order by number caught, Merlin, Sharp-shinned,
Cooper's and Peregrine.
