I observed 4 greater shearwaters at Chincoteague NWR today. All were quite
close to the shore. Two were flying together this morning just before a squall
line came through. Two were seen in the afternoon. One was flying and sitting
just beyond the surf line, giving excellent views. Other notables were 4
marbled godwits and a red knot in Toms cove.
