Dave and others,
As it stands right now, regular birder access to the CBBT is gone, and there
are no plans for it to return. The restaurant and fishing pier that were on
Island 1 are closed and await demolition. There are no plans to replace either,
or at least there weren’t a couple years ago when everything closed.
