Yes, we found a Le Conte's Sparrow in basically the same location in
Loudoun county along the Potomac river as last year during the Seneca CBC
sector.
Last year, I tried to get access to the property and thought I had access
granted for a one time search party, but it fell apart at the last minute
due to the property managers concerns and they asked if we could postpone
until Feb of the following year. I didn't ask in February since it was very
unlikely the bird was still around and the reluctance of the property
manager.
I'm not planning on asking this year due to my personal schedule
limitations (and I imagine the property manager's probabe reluctance), so
if someone would like to represent the birding community to ask for access,
contact me and I can give you the details on who to contact.
