I also stopped at these same two locations on my way back from WV this evening
at about 5:00. The duck has not been there at all today.
All the best

Subject: [Va-bird] Frederick Co, Winchester - NO Black-bellied Whistling-duck
My wife and I stopped at the Hegdebrook farm this morning around 8:00am and
spoke with two people who work there. They told us that the BBWD was there
yesterday but there is no sign of it today so they're guessing it has moved
on.
We checked the pond at the Rubbermaid plant on the way back but there was
nothing there except for a pair of CANG.
Note the eBird GPS positions from the recent postings give different
locations - not 688 Shady Elm Road - although they are in the same general
area.
