VA-Birders,You can unsubscribe yourself from VA-Bird by sending a message with
UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line to va-bird-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx that this
is NOT the same email address you use for sending messages to the list.
Also, as List Administrator, I cannot unsubscribe you unless you explicitly put
your email address in the body of the email. In most cases I cannot see your
account email name in the normal list messages.
